A new shopping address for luxury brands

Reliance Industries Ltd. recently opened the doors to Jio World Plaza, a new retail destination for top-end global standard shopping and entertainment in India.

Recently, Mumbai saw the doors open to one of its most luxurious shopping destinations, Jio World Plaza. Located in the business district of Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), in the heart of Mumbai, the Plaza is seamlessly integrated with the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre, the Jio World Convention Centre and the Jio World Garden, making it an all-encompassing destination. JWP will be home to both international and top Indian brands. “Our envisioning of the Jio World Plaza is aimed at bringing the best global brands to India, as well as highlighting the prowess and craftsmanship of top Indian brands; and hence create a very unique retail experience. The Plaza is designed as an exclusive hub for retail, leisure, and dining. Spanning four levels across a sprawling 7,50,000 square feet area, the retail mix includes 66 luxury brands, and top Indian designers. International newcomers to the Indian market include Balenciaga, the Giorgio Armani Café, Pottery Barn Kids, Samsung Experience Centre, EL&N Café, and Rimowa. The Plaza will also be the venue for the first stores in Mumbai of Valentino, Tory Burch, YSL, Versace, Tiffany, Ladurée, and Pottery Barn. Key flagships include other brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Cartier, Bally, Giorgio Armani, Dior, YSL, and Bulgari. From the Indian designers, JWP will be home to designers Manish Malhotra, Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla, Rahul Mishra, Falguni and Shane Peacock, and Ri By Ritu Kumar, among others.

While the retail is spread over the first two floors, entertainment offerings on the third level include a multiplex theatre, a well-curated gourmet food emporium, as well as world-class restaurants. Other services for the shoppers with a consummate retail experience. Services like personal shopping assistance, VIP concierge, taxi-on-call, wheelchair services, hands-free shopping with baggage drop, butler service, and baby strollers are the other services on call to amplify the shopping experience.
