Started in 2015, The Featurist is a platform that gives readers a view into the Indian retail sector, with focus on all the luxury verses of lifestyle – fashion, jewellery, beauty, accessories, design, technology, art. Our focus is to feature all the major and upcoming brands that have a presence in the Indian market.

The Featurist aims at sharing my views on everything retail and luxury, making it newsworthy for the global audience.

About me:

A business and lifestyle journalist with 20 years experience with Business India magazine and The Economic Times. I have written about some of the top Indian corporate houses such as the Aditya Birla Group, Standard Chartered Bank, Asian Paints, Bharti Telecom, Vodafone, to mention a few.

I got my BA in Psychology and Political Science and an MA in Political Science from Bombay University. I got a Masters in International Studies from the University of Birmingham, UK.
